We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Production Purchasing Administrator to join our Production team. This is a fast-paced role supporting the smooth running of our production operations ensuring purchase orders are accurate, suppliers are well-managed and timelines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and issuing purchase orders accurately and in line with critical deadlines
  • Updating purchase orders in response to supplier changes and developments
  • Tracking and maintaining order status, ensuring clear visibility across the business
  • Keeping systems and spreadsheets up to date with daily production activity
  • Managing day-to-day communication with suppliers and building strong working relationships
  • Working closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure accuracy of orders and quantities
  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the Production team
  • Supporting reporting and data analysis to help inform business decisions

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, purchasing or production support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
  • Experience maintaining accurate order data (e.g. across systems or spreadsheets)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Desired:

  • Experience within a production or retail environment
  • Familiarity of purchasing systems
  • Understanding of critical path management
  • Experience working with suppliers or in a supply chain function
