We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Production Purchasing Administrator to join our Production team. This is a fast-paced role supporting the smooth running of our production operations ensuring purchase orders are accurate, suppliers are well-managed and timelines are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and issuing purchase orders accurately and in line with critical deadlines
- Updating purchase orders in response to supplier changes and developments
- Tracking and maintaining order status, ensuring clear visibility across the business
- Keeping systems and spreadsheets up to date with daily production activity
- Managing day-to-day communication with suppliers and building strong working relationships
- Working closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure accuracy of orders and quantities
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the Production team
- Supporting reporting and data analysis to help inform business decisions

- Experience maintaining accurate order data (e.g. across systems or spreadsheets)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Desired:
- Experience within a production or retail environment
- Familiarity of purchasing systems
- Understanding of critical path management
- Experience working with suppliers or in a supply chain function
