Full job description

  • To work two days per week (Thursday and Friday) 9am to 5.00pm with flexibility on holiday/sickness cover
  • To deal with all clients, either in person or via the telephone, in a courteous and highly professional manner delivering strong client care
  • To deal with the administrative tasks with attention to detail and high level of accuracy (e.g opening and closing files, audio typing and any other tasks as and when required
  • Collecting and taking post from local DX / Post office
  • High standard of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep calm
  • Ability to work as a team and unsupervised and on one’s own initiative
  • Use of initiative and be proactive in approach to work
  • Excellent telephone manner and first class communication skills
