Business Support Administrator / Secretary | Cheltenham | Office Based | £30,000 - £32,000

Element Recruitment are working with a well-established professional services firm based in Cheltenham who are looking to add a Business Support Administrator / Secretary to their friendly and professional team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administration, coordination or secretarial experience who enjoys being organised, supporting a busy team and being the go-to person in the office.

The Role

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative and business support across the office, helping to keep things running smoothly. This will include:

  • Preparing and formatting documents, reports and client correspondence
  • Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and appointments
  • Keeping client information and internal records organised and up to date
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration and ad-hoc tasks
  • Welcoming clients and visitors and creating a professional first impression
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and general office communications
  • Assisting senior team members with their day-to-day administrative needs
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administration, business support, PA or secretarial role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A proactive and reliable approach, with a good eye for detail
