Part-Time Temporary Opportunity (Maternity cover)

(possibility of leading to a permanent role for the right individual)

Office based - min 30 Hours per week Monday to Friday.

Blueprint Gaming are a growing online software business, based in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. Supplying operators including Sky Vegas, Bet365, William Hill. We operate internationally including UK, Scandinavia, Canada, Holland and Italy and have aggressive international expansion plans. We are now looking for the right candidate to join us to assist in the smooth operation of the team.

Are you highly organised, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional support? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a varied and fast-paced role, providing assistance to the Executive support and Event team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, working with various teams, helping coordinate memorable customer and staff events, travel and general organisational support. The role will initially be offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

No two days are the same in this role, and you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of executive support and company events.

The Role

Working directly with the PA to Directors and Event Manager, you'll provide administrative and organisational support across a wide range of business activities, including diary management, travel arrangements, processing expenses and event planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with diary and calendar management for the Commercial team
  • Errands and ad hoc tasks for Directors
  • Coordinating UK and international travel bookings for staff
  • Managing hotel, transport and restaurant reservations
  • Purchasing gifts for staff/events and clients
  • Processing expenses and maintaining records
  • Supporting with various client and staff events
  • Supporting the Commercial team with client tournaments
  • Liaising with venues, suppliers and entertainment providers
  • Providing administrative support across departments
  • Managing data within Microsoft Office applications
  • Handling ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Confident working independently, self-motivated and able to take ownership without needing close supervision
  • Comfortable handling confidential information

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Previous administrative, PA, EA or office support experience
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities

Desirable:

  • Event planning or coordination experience
  • Experience arranging travel and accommodation bookings

This is a part-time office-based role (Monday - Friday minimum 30 hrs pw) with basic salary supported by a generous bonus scheme and many benefits offered by the company.
