Full job description

We are seeking an exceptional Household Manager & Personal Assistant to support a busy CEO and single-parent household.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day running of the household, allowing the principal to focus on business, family, health and travel commitments.

This is not simply a housekeeping role. We are looking for somebody who takes pride in creating order, anticipating needs, and proactively solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

Household Management

  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented home
  • Laundry, ironing and wardrobe organisation
  • Managing dry cleaning
  • Changing bedding and household upkeep
  • Managing household supplies and consumables
  • Organising storage and household systems

Food & Lifestyle

  • Grocery shopping
  • Stock management of household essentials
  • Meal preparation and healthy cooking
  • Supporting fitness and nutrition goals
  • Ensuring healthy meals and snacks are always available

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Managing appointments and bookings
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Handling returns, deliveries and collections
  • Managing personal errands
  • Purchasing gifts and personal items
  • Liaising with contractors and service providers
  • Coordinating maintenance and household repairs

Family Support

  • Helping prepare for the children's visits
  • Keeping household routines organised
  • Assisting with general family logistics when required

About You

You are:
