Full job description
As we continue to grow, we now require another office assistant to help with the day to day running of our busy despatch office.
This position will be full-time and may be suited to an already experienced admin assistant or an office junior willing to learn new skills.
You will report directly to the Office Manger and the job will include, but not limited to:
- Order processing, printing and scheduling
- Liaising with Customer Services and Warehouse Operatives regarding customer order requirements
- Data inputting onto various courier databases
- Printing of courier labels
- Regular tracking of deliveries
- Any other office duties as required
Whilst no experience is required, as we will train you to our own requirements, we do require a candidate with the following skills:
- Good communication
- Good organisation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Punctual
- Able to follow instructions and guidance
- Dog friendly!
