Secretary - Family Department

Martin Kaye LLP is a modern partnership of solicitors with offices in Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury and Wem. Wherever we have an office, we dedicate ourselves to the service of the local and surrounding community now and in the future.
This role involves providing predominantly secretarial / administration support to the entire family team to include dealing with telephone enquiries. Ability to use initiative, work well under pressure and meet deadlines along with administration experience and typing skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be accurate, with a high attention to detail, literate and numerate with strong admin skills, and be proficient with MS 365. Experience using a case management system preferred but not essential. Family law experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
