Summary

We are seeking a Surveillance Operator to join our team at RE:SURE. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring the safety of our clients' properties, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to providing the highest level of security. Night shift is a mandatory requirements of the role. Operators work 12-hour shifts on a rotating shift pattern consisting of days and night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor surveillance equipment and assess live feeds for any suspicious activity.
  • Respond promptly to alerts and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports on incidents and observations for further review.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security systems and equipment to ensure functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing security measures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in surveillance or security operations is preferred.
  • Basic first aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong report writing skills for documenting incidents accurately.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
