T3 Security is a leading provider of security and stewarding services across the North East. We deliver professional security solutions across sporting events, concerts, festivals, licensed premises, retail environments, and corporate venues.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced and motivated SIA Door Supervisors to join our expanding team.

The Role

You will be responsible ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, contractors, and property while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

You will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure all security operations are delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with company policies, legislation, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor access and egress points, search procedures, perimeter security, and licensed areas where required.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns.
  • Manage conflict professionally and take appropriate action when required.
  • Ensure incidents are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, licensing conditions, health and safety legislation, and site assignment instructions.
  • Carry out regular patrols and security inspections.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism are maintained at all times.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • A professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of security procedures, customer service, and health and safety.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).

Desirable Qualifications

  • First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Experience working at events, licensed premises, retail, or corporate security sites.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Private Security Industry Act 2001, Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, and Equality Act 2010.
