Full job description

Stone Security Ltd is a well established family run security company operating across the UK. We are currently recruiting for 1 night controllers based at our Faversham Office.

As the night controller, you would be responsible for the booking on and off of all our security and cleaning staff, as well as managing book ons throughout the shift, via our scheduling system called Guardhouse.

This is a critical role for the safety of our site teams, so attention to detail and excellent communication is very important.

You will also manage a team of patrol drivers ensuring they are visiting their sites at the correct time and managing the process if there are any delays etc.

In addition to the above, you may be required to assist our mobile team with mobile patrols, and attending to any alarm callouts during busing periods.

Therefore, holding a valid SIA licence and a full driving licence is essential.

Shifts are scheduled on a rolling monthly rota, which will be agreed and communicated in advance. Candidates must be available to work weekends. The hourly rate for this role is £14.43.

Candidate must hold full UK Driving license also punctual, clean and presentable with excellent communication skills. Also willing to work in a team and using own initiative.

Previous experience as a controller is desired.
