  • Leading security governance and risk assessments across multiple projects, ensuring robust protective measures are in place
  • Overseeing personnel security processes including vetting, clearances and insider threat mitigation for Kier staff and supply chain partners
  • Managing physical security controls, conducting site inspections and implementing improvements to safeguard secure environments

  • You're an experienced security professional with knowledge of Cabinet Office and National Protective Security Authority standards
  • You have practical experience in incident management and the ability to support business continuity planning
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can confidently influence colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • You hold or can achieve Developed Vetting security clearance (British citizenship required)

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
