Full job description

We are seeking a professional, reliable and proactive Mobile Response Officer to join our existing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for responding to incidents, conducting site patrols & unlocks/lock ups, providing a visible presence, and ensuring the safety and security of people, property and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to alarm activations, incidents, and emergency situations
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned locations
  • Perform unlock / lock ups at designated client premises / sites
  • Monitoring & Identify risks
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence
  • Carry out 'Welfare checks' for security personnel on sites, ensuring their safety & wellbeing whilst on shift.
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records, ensuring accurate attention to detail
  • Liaise with Senior Management, Clients and emergency services as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

  • Security: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • SIA Licence (required)
  • UK Driving Licence (required)
