An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Security Team at a prestigious luxury department store in Edinburgh. We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Retail Security Officer who upholds our values of Safety, Courtesy, and Efficiency.

This role is ideal for a security professional who can combine a sharp focus on safety with exceptional customer service, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to uphold the store’s luxurious atmosphere.

Maintain the highest standards of personal appearance and professionalism.

Work closely with store staff and partners to deliver seamless security service.

Promote a proactive health and safety culture within the store.

Accurately record, report, and escalate incidents through appropriate channels.

Prevent and detect theft and other criminal activities.

Requirements:

SIA Licence (required)

Excellent spoken and written English.

Impeccable personal presentation.

Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
