Oversight Services Ltd are the UK’s leading luxury security provider. Providing security services to some of the world’s leading luxury brands and blue chip companies.

THIS POSITION IS FOR A NEW WORLD REKNOWNED LUXURY BEAUTY/ FRAGRANCE STORE IN St James Quarter Shopping Centre

SELF EMPLOYED AT £13.50 PH - WORKING A 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFT PATTERN

THIS WILL INCLUDE BOTH WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND SHIFTS AS PER YOUR ROTA.

Oversight Services Ltd are looking to recruit self employed Security Officers to create a new team in this exciting new location for a high end beauty and fragrance retailer.

Candidates will have previous front of house retail security experience and excellent customer service skills.

In-house training will be provided for site specific locations.

Officers with Retail Experience Desirable

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be very well presented and capable of working in a busy retail environment.
  • The nature of this role demands good flexibility and concentration.
  • Theft / Robbery Prevention
  • Incident response, control and reporting

Applicant’s Attributes:

  • Excellent appearance (Black trousers and shoes will be required - polo shirts provided)
  • Reliable and punctual
  • An element of physical fitness
  • Good communication skills and confidence to engage with store clients
  • Has strong work ethics, honesty and integrity

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to work on your own and be part of a team
  • Flexibility to be able to work at weekends and weekdays
  • You will be required to submit the following information prior to the interview stage
  • Current SIA licence – Door Supervisor as a minimum
  • Passport / Birth Certificate / RTW / Share Code
  • Utility Bill or Bank Statement (no more than 3 months old)
  • We also need you to submit a full 5 years verifiable employment history (in accordance with BS 7858:2012)

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience within security, preferably with loss prevention knowledge and in a front of house retail environment
  • Driving Licence
