Security Patrol Driver - Residential Site

Location: EN4, Barnet
Salary: £16.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Shift Pattern: 12-hour night shifts, 4–5 shifts per week

We are seeking a Security Patrol Driver to provide a professional and reliable security presence across residential areas in High Barnet.

This role is suited to an experienced security professional with good driving skills who is confident working independently, responding to incidents and dealing professionally with residents and members of the public.

Main Duties

  • Conduct scheduled mobile patrols using a company vehicle
  • Monitor residential areas and carry out routine security checks
  • Respond to alarms, incidents and requests from residents
  • Identify and report suspicious or unusual activity
  • Complete accurate patrol and incident reports
  • Maintain a professional and approachable security presence
  • Liaise with emergency services when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a security role
  • Valid SIA Licence, or willingness to obtain one
  • Full UK Driving Licence with a clean driving record
  • Good communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with incidents
  • Police or Armed Forces experience would be an advantage
  • FREC qualification desirable, but not essential as training can be provided
  • Availability to work night shifts and weekends

Working Hours

  • 12-hour shifts
  • 5 shifts per week
  • Primarily night shifts
  • Weekend availability required
  • Overtime opportunities available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour
