Overview
TLRD Guarding Group are seeking a Door Supervisor in Winsford for an immediate start after vetting.

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent observational skills, a confident demeanour, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your presence is vital to the smooth operation of our venue. All positions are paid and require a proactive approach to security management.

Duties

  • Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorised access and maintain order within the premises
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all visitors and staff
  • Provide first aid assistance when necessary, demonstrating calmness and professionalism in emergency situations
  • Manage crowd control during events or busy periods, ensuring a safe environment for all attendees
  • Record incidents accurately in incident reports and communicate effectively with security team members and management
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify hazards or security breaches
  • Work as part of a team

Experience

  • Previous experience in security working at busy bars
  • Certification in first aid or emergency response is preferred
  • Strong observational skills with an eye for detail and suspicious behaviour recognition
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confident in handling challenging situations with professionalism and tact

Pay: £16.00-£17.50 per hour
