This is a varied role for someone who can create strong visual design across websites, branding, eCommerce assets, and marketing materials, while working closely with clients and developers to bring ideas to life.

We work with a mix of WordPress, Shopify, eBay, and Amazon projects, so the right person will be equally comfortable designing polished website layouts, developing brand identities, and producing digital graphics that help our clients stand out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build website layouts in WordPress, primarily using Elementor.
  • Create professional graphics and storefront designs for eBay and Amazon.
  • Design brand identities across digital and print platforms.
  • Produce logos, business cards, leaflets, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
  • Work with clients to understand their business, goals, and design requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers to create assets for WordPress and Shopify websites.
  • Support in-house and client social media campaigns with strong visual content.
  • Help maintain a consistent look and feel across all brand touchpoints.
  • Manage your own workload and communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Required Skills

  • Strong creative and visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Minimum 2 years’ commercial experience in a design role.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, with a willingness to learn more.
  • Good understanding of eCommerce design and UX principles, including eBay, Shopify, and Amazon.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and consistent brand experiences.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe XD or Figma.
  • Moderate experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working in a web design, agency, or eCommerce environment.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, or Shopify design workflows.

Company Culture

Jarilo Design values creativity, customer satisfaction, and staying current with the latest design technologies. We work closely with our clients to deliver personalised design solutions and take pride in producing high-quality work that feels considered, consistent, and effective.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing, exciting, dynamic, and innovative company.
  • Company pension.
  • Company events and team building.
  • Ongoing professional career progression.
  • Frequent staff awards celebrating achievements.
