Full job description

Senior Business Solutions Analyst, Intapp Permanent | Fully Remote

We are working on an exclusive senior appointment for a leading international offshore law firm. This is a rare opportunity for an Intapp specialist to own and develop a platform end to end within a complex, highly regulated legal environment.

The firm runs Intapp as its core operational platform and needs someone with genuine hands-on depth across the full suite to drive continuous enhancement, build and maintain integrations, and act as the internal expert the business relies on.

The role in practice

You will design and build Intapp Boomi workflows from inception to deployment, develop and maintain integrations connecting Intapp to wider business systems, and act as a business analyst on initiatives, translating user requirements into solutions and system configurations. You will also train and mentor colleagues on the platform and take ownership of technical documentation, release management and coding standards.

The platform stack

The core requirement is hands-on experience across Intapp Open and Intapp Intake, specifically on the cloud version of the platform. You will also need strong capability across Intapp Integration Service, Boomi, REST APIs, ETL tools, advanced SQL, and the Intapp API Swagger for reporting solutions. Experience with SiSense reporting, Azure cloud deployment and scripting languages including JavaScript, Python and PowerShell is also expected.

The background we are looking for

You will have several years of experience developing Intapp solutions to a high standard, ideally gained within a legal or professional services environment. You will understand legal compliance processes and regulatory reporting, and be comfortable working collaboratively across global teams. Previous experience integrating Intapp with other applications and working within a technology change management environment is important.
