JOB TITLE:

Medical Receptionist & Administrator - Full Time (Mon-Fri)

WORK LOCATION:

Carepoint Practice – Northwood Health Centre – HA6 1TQ

CONTRACT TYPE:

Permanent

HOURS:

Fulltime 37.5 hours per week

Mix of AM/PM Shifts available across the week (Mon-Fri only) during practice opening times of 08:00-18:30. These will be split over the week so some will be 08:00-16:00 and others will be 10:30-18:30. The balance of the shifts will be based on the needs of the practice

Full NHS Pension Available

ABOUT US

  • We are a forward thinking practice looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, organised individual with excellent communication skills who has ability to handle and work under pressure and multitask to join our growing team.
  • All the training required for the successful candidate is provided on the job so previous experience of working in a GP surgery is not essential.
  • The role will comprise of a combination of reception and administrative duties and there will be the opportunity to progress within the business as more skills & competencies are attained.
  • Ability to touch type is essential
  • Desire and enjoyment of learning and working in challenging environment is essential
  • Potential to rapidly increase salary if skills match requirement
