Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Park Royal, West London (4 days office-based, 1 day from home)
Salary: £31,000 to £33,000 basic + 3% commission
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Complex Recruitment is a specialist driving agency that services London and greater London, specialising in providing high-quality staffing solutions across the driving sector. Our Park Royal office is home to a dedicated and passionate team who take pride in delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

We are now seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing and expanding driving division - managing client relationships, recruiting top talent, and driving business growth.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle within the driving and industrial sector. This is a varied and fast-paced position that combines client management, business development, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and consistent service delivery
  • Conduct client site visits to understand operational requirements, compliance needs, and staffing challenges
  • Recruit, interview, and build a strong pool of available drivers to meet client demands
  • Manage and support drivers throughout their assignments, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with regulations
  • Handle all administrative and compliance duties, including right-to-work checks, licence verifications, and timesheets
  • Proactively canvass and develop new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records on internal systems and provide reports when required
  • Collaborate with the wider Complex Recruitment team to share best practices and optimise service delivery

About You

We’re looking for someone with the drive and confidence to make a real impact. You’ll be commercial, ambitious, and genuinely passionate about the driving recruitment sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in recruitment (ideally within the driving or industrial sector)
  • Proven success in a 360 recruitment role, managing both clients and candidates
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit clients regularly
