About AS Solutions Recruitment

AS Solutions Recruitment is a well-established construction recruitment business supplying labour and staff across London and the South. We work with main contractors and subcontractors across interiors, fit-out, civils, housing, and specialist trades, with a strong reputation for compliance, reliability, and long-term client relationships.

Due to continued growth, we’re now looking to bring in an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a warm desk, with genuine progression opportunities.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role, suited to someone who already understands the construction market and wants autonomy, strong earning potential, and support to grow.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing a live construction desk
  • Business development with contractors, subcontractors, and developers
  • Supplying temporary and/or permanent construction staff
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
  • Managing client relationships and site requirements
  • Ensuring full compliance (Right to Work, CSCS, references, etc.)
  • Negotiating rates, margins, and terms
  • Working towards realistic billing and activity targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Construction Recruitment Consultant (temps, perms, or both)
  • Strong understanding of construction roles and site environments
  • Confident communicator with clients and candidates
  • Self-motivated and commercially aware
  • Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and business development
  • Professional, organised, and reliable
