Field Service Engineer / Technician

POU Water Dispensers - installation, servicing and repair
£28,000–£35,000 + Overtime + Company Van

BIBO Limited is expanding its in-house field service team and is looking for two new Field Service Engineers / Technicians to support our growing customer base across England.

This is a varied and customer-facing role involving the installation, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding of hot and cold POU water dispensers in customers’ homes and workplaces.

A key part of the role will involve supporting our flagship new model, the BIBO Nova — a premium countertop domestic boiling and chilled filtered water dispenser.

We are looking for reliable, personable and technically minded individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and high standards of workmanship.

What We Offer

  • £28,000–£35,000 salary depending on experience
  • Overtime paid at time and a quarter
  • Company van (personal use permitted)

The Role

  • Installation and commissioning of BIBO water dispensers
  • Planned servicing and maintenance visits
  • Fault diagnosis and repair work
  • Managing van stock and regional mini-depot stock
  • Regular stock takes and coordination with the warehouse team
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in customers’ homes and workplaces
  • Frequent regional and nationwide travel with overnight stays where required

About You

Experience within any of the following industries would be highly advantageous:

  • Water coolers / POU systems
  • Integrated Tap Systems (ITS)
  • Coffee machines
  • Vending equipment
  • White goods
  • Field service engineering

We would also consider candidates with strong logistical or technical experience looking to move into a field-based engineering role.

Due to the nature of the role and travel requirements, ideal candidate locations include South Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Greater London, Essex, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent and surrounding areas with good access to the motorway network.

Applicants should:

  • Be customer-focused and professional
  • Be comfortable working independently
  • Be confident working in customers’ homes
  • Have good technical and fault-finding ability
  • Be comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and meet the requirements of our vehicle insurance policy
