Full job description

Field Service Engineer you must be located in Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex, West London, North London, Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire, and will be working across the UK. ( mainly midlands south)

Salary 34K to 36K per annum plus overtime.

We require a field-based mechanical / electrical engineer for our medical servicing business to work full time.

This role will be based in the South East of England but will involve trips around the UK that will require nights away (fully expensed with an overnight allowance).

Full product training provided.

A fully expensed company van, mobile phone, iPad, tools, test equipment & work wear will be provided with 20 days paid holiday ( increasing to 25 days over 5 years) plus all bank holidays.

The ideal candidate will have good mechanical & electrical skills with knowledge and experience from within a service environment and, ideally, experienced in field service work.

Requirements:

- Experience of repair and service work.

- Excellent communication skills within a team, on the phone and face to face – good customer service skills essential.

- Ability to think quickly with problem solving skills

- Highly organised with an ability to follow processes

- Excellent English, spoken and written

- Computer literate

The role:

- Service & repair in the field.

- Completion of service/repair forms/quotations via software

- Ensure that work is completed in an organised and timely manner

- Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
