Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Leader to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional service, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and uphold the highest levels of food safety and quality. Previous restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience is highly desirable, along with supervisory and team management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of service shifts, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Supervise food preparation, serving, and overall food presentation to maintain high standards.
  • Manage reservations, greet guests, and handle customer enquiries with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety policies across all front-of-house activities.
  • Assist in training new team members on service procedures, food safety standards, and hospitality best practices.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any operational issues promptly.
