Full job description

H2O Logistics Ltd is recruiting Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery team. This role offers flexible working days, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work independently.

No previous delivery experience is required. If you have a valid driving licence and a reliable attitude, full onboarding and support are provided.

Pay Rates

Standard Route (approx. 9 hours)

  • £176.30 per day (£211.56 inc. VAT)
  • Fuel reimbursed

Large Route (approx. 9 hours)

  • £192.55 per day (£231.06 inc. VAT)
  • Fuel reimbursed

Onboarding (1-day induction + 2 ride-along days)

  • £128.70 per day (£154.44 inc. VAT)

Key Features of the Engagement

  • Flexible Work Schedule - You choose which days to accept delivery assignments (up to a maximum six consecutive days per week to comply with health & safety laws)
  • Weekly Payments - Prompt weekly settlement for completed assignments
  • Performance Incentives - Bonuses based on delivery quality and efficiency
  • Vehicle Flexibility - Use your own van (minimum 5m³), or you can easily rent a suitable vehicle through H2O Logistics Ltd

What You’ll Do

  • Collect pre-sorted parcels from the local depot
  • Load your vehicle and follow an efficient delivery route
  • Deliver parcels to customers with care and professionalism
  • Complete your route and finish your day without needing to return to the depot

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid UK or EU driving licence
  • Comfortable operating a short wheelbase van (minimum 5m³)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A smartphone with GPS/navigation capability

Getting Started

  • Complete the online registration and screening process
  • Review, complete and submit the required documents
  • Undergo a background (DBS) check (24–72 hours)
  • Attend the Information session and Ride-Along sessions
  • Begin working as a delivery driver with H2O Logistics Ltd
