JOB TITLE: SHISHA WAITRESS (London)

Hours: mainly on the weekends Friday to Sunday with possible work days

Pay: £12.75/hr

Eclipse Shisha is seeking someone to join our exiting team of shisha waitresses and earn commission on the sales you make. With venues based throughout London and Birmingham, we are the fastest growing provider of shisha catering for events and clubs. We are also looking for additional bar staff and waitresses.

You must be over the age of 18 and comfortable to work is busy club and bar environments

No Experience Required – Full training will be provided for successful candidates.

As a waitress you will be friendly, customer-focused and driven.

Desirable Criteria but not required: Fluent in Balkan language. (Turkish, Bulgarian, etc.)

Some of the responsibilities are detailed below:

• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and stock
• Setting up shisha pipes
• Attending customers whilst they are using our products to ensure their experience is positive
• Following the shisha shutdown process as per training
• Documenting sales and use of product in the tracker document
• Assist team members and other departments

Behind every great unique customer experience, are our great Managers and Team! They are the heart and soul of everything we do, which is why we’re looking for a brilliant and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join us.

Using your strong customer experience background, you will be responsible for making sure that the needs of our guests are always being met. Whether that be understanding what they want to order, thinking ahead of time to make sure they have topped up coal, to succeeding in sales on the locations by your unique approach. You will do this by taking the time to listen and then providing helpful and knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions. Your strong communication skills and charismatic style will ensure that our guests are having the best experience that they can while we are serving them.

Training with shisha set up and set down will be provided before hand and all of the steps to it will be explained and then followed by our guide book. Arriving to the location on time for the set up will be very important, and changing shifts late notice is not recommended.
