- Treating all clients with dignity, respect, and empathy, ensuring they feel supported throughout their care journey.
- Collaborating with Crisis Workers and specially trained officers to ensure the service is tailored to each client’s needs.
- Obtaining informed consent for all procedures and ensuring all actions are documented in line with local guidelines.
- Collecting forensic samples and documenting injuries in compliance with FFLM standards, maintaining the chain of evidence.
- Performing risk assessments for pregnancy, STIs, blood-borne viruses, mental health, and safeguarding.
- Managing referrals to Safeguarding and Mental Health teams and providing urgent onward referrals when necessary.
- Administering medication under PHL Health PGDs.
- Completing all necessary documentation, including FFLM Proforma and Aftercare Forms.
- Writing Police statements and attending court when requested as a professional witness.
- Participating in ongoing training and development, including quarterly peer supervision, appraisals, and reflective practice.
Working Hours:
Saturday and / or Sunday with the availability to cover either 07:00 - 19:00hrs or 19:00 – 07:00hrs. You will be on call with the requirement to attend call outs as required.
Salary:

What We’re Looking For:
