Head Door Supervisor / Head Doorman – Prestigious Venue

Location: Clapham
Job Type: Full-Time & Part time positions available - Evening & Weekend Shifts
Salary: Starting from £18p/h depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a professional Head Doorman / Head Door Supervisor to lead the front-of-house security operation at a prestigious venue. This is a high-profile role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a polished, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the door security team during operations and events.
  • Manage guest entry, access control, and VIP arrivals.
  • Ensure a safe environment at all times.
  • Handle incidents calmly and professionally.
  • Liaise closely with venue management, hosts, and event organisers.
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
