Weekend Security Officer – SIA Licensed

Pay: £25.00 per hour
Location: Various client sites
Hours: Saturday and Sunday mornings, 05:00–07:00
Job type: Part-time

We’re looking for a reliable, professional Security Officer to join our team and cover early-morning duties at weekends.

The role involves opening client premises and completing scheduled security patrols, ensuring each site is safe, secure and ready for the day ahead. You’ll generally work independently, so punctuality, good judgement and reliability are essential.

This position would suit someone who enjoys early starts, takes pride in doing a job properly and can be trusted to arrive on time—every time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening client premises at scheduled times
  • Carrying out security patrols and checks
  • Ensuring sites are safe and secure
  • Identifying and reporting issues promptly
  • Completing any required records or reports
  • Representing the company professionally at all times

What we’re looking for:

  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor, Security Guarding or Close Protection licence
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Excellent punctuality and reliability
  • The ability to work confidently and independently
  • A professional, observant and responsible approach
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts when available
