Full job description
- We are looking for people who want to shape the digital world of tomorrow together with us. Because — we enable digital transformation!
Welcome to Siemens Digital Industries Software. We are a dynamic, modern and steadily growing software company that already delivers tomorrow’s technologies and innovations to our customers today. Backed by the strength of a company like Siemens, a wide range of opportunities emerges — opportunities we want to explore together with you.
We are the software pillar of Siemens. We take ownership, support and assist our clients in all questions related to software — with a focus on various industries and with the world’s most comprehensive portfolio in industrial software.
Would you like to contribute actively, think in new ways, and help shape digital transformation? Then apply now and start your future with us — as a Project Manager, you will enable innovation and connect people!
As a Project Manager within our Services organization, you'll step into a pivotal leadership role, actively shaping the success of our projects and empowering our clients. You won't just coordinate; you'll lead the charge, championing an agile approach and placing the client journey and their satisfaction at the heart of every endeavor. Your leadership will be instrumental in realizing tangible customer value and consistently delivering projects. This is your opportunity to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, leverage innovative technologies, and actively shape the future of industrial digitalization.
Key responsibilities
- Drive Value Realization & Delivery Excellence: Own the charge in driving value realization, ensuring high-quality, timely, and within-budget project delivery
- Establish and implement robust project structures and governance, actively upholding the Siemens Delivery Framework to ensure clarity, control, and consistent project success
- Master project financials, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to safeguard success and financial health, while providing strategic insights
- Lead the tracking of project performance, reporting metrics, and providing insightful, strategic recommendations to senior management, ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision-making
Your success is grounded in:
- A Track Record of Success: You bring a rich history of reliably leading complex projects, confidently navigating challenges and celebrating achievements along the way
- Financial Foresight: You possess a keen eye for detail and confirmed skills in handling project budgets effectively, ensuring financial health and efficient resource utilization
- Inspiring Leadership & Communication: Your exceptional leadership, presentation, and team-building skills enable you to empower, engage, and guide diverse teams towards shared goals with clarity and passion
- Analytical Mentality & Problem-Solving Prowess: Your strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills allow you to dissect complex issues, anticipate needs, and devise innovative solutions
- Your Foundation: You hold a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
A plus would be:
While a recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a significant advantage, your practical experience and solid track record in project leadership truly count.
If you have a background in complex industries like Aerospace & Defense, Software or Automotive
The total cash compensation range for this position is £50.000 to £99.900 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees; you can access the benefits available in your country via the link: https://jobs.sw.siemens.com/benefits/
We value your unique identity and perspective, recognizing that our strength comes from a diverse group of backgrounds, experiences, and thoughts of our team members. We are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society. We also support you in your personal and professional course by providing resources to help you thrive. Come bring your authentic self and transform the everyday with us.
