£10 for every qualified meeting that takes place, plus around £150+ for each client who signs. Bring in 8 clients on projects over £2,000 in a month and you'd earn £3,000+ in commission alone.

Lux Digital Studio is a web design studio run by Rania. Every website is designed and built for that one business, to the standard of a top independent studio, and every owner sees a free homepage mockup of their own site before they pay anything.

I'm looking for confident, friendly people to introduce new businesses to the studio.

What you'll do

• Find businesses that don't have a website yet, mostly new openings, independent cafés, restaurants, salons and shops. You'll also get a lead list each week.
• Have a short, friendly first conversation, by phone or by walking in.
• Ask a few simple questions to check they're a good fit.
• Book them in for a 20–30 minute meeting with me.

Room to grow
As you prove yourself, you take on more of the sale:

• Stage 1: find businesses and book meetings
• Stage 2 (after 3 signed clients): also take a brief from the owner so I arrive knowing their business
• Stage 3 (after 3 more): also present my written proposal and follow up until it's signed

You never set prices or handle money. That's always me.

Pay: £10 per meeting + unlimited commission
You're paid for every meeting, and your commission is unlimited. The more clients you bring in, the more you earn.

• £10 for every qualified meeting that takes place (with the owner, for a business with no website), whether or not they sign
• 10% of the website fee for every client you introduce who signs
• 15% of the whole fee when the project is over £2,000
• For example, a £1,500 website pays you £150 and a £2,500 website pays you £375
• Meeting fees are paid monthly. Commission is paid as the client pays, with a statement every month.

This is a freelance role with no fixed wage. You're self-employed, invoice monthly and handle your own tax.

You'll suit this if you

• are confident and warm, and happy to walk into a business or pick up the phone
• are organised enough to log every conversation on the same day
• can get around Manchester
• have worked in sales, hospitality or retail, or you're a student who's great with people

What you'll need
Your own phone. That's it. You never pay for anything to do this role.

Flexible
Choose your own days and hours, and work alongside other jobs or study.
