Front of House / Barista Position – Café Culture Kettering

Café Culture is looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Front of House Team Member / Barista to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year barista experience (essential)
• Confident preparing quality coffees and hot drinks
• Good customer service skills with a welcoming attitude
• Experience taking orders, serving customers, and working in a busy café environment
• Able to work as part of a team and use initiative
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good attention to detail and understanding of food hygiene and due diligence procedures

Responsibilities include:

• Making coffees and drinks to Café Culture standards
• Serving customers and handling orders
• Keeping the café clean, organised, and presentable
• Following food safety, cleaning, and due diligence checks
• Supporting the team during busy periods

Experience is required — full training on our systems will be provided.
