Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to lead construction activities with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Duties

  • Work and supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and resolve any issues promptly
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for ongoing projects
  • Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, incidents, and progress reports
  • Proven management experience within the construction industry, with a track record of supervising teams effectively
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
