Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in business or care administration
  • Payroll and HR administration experience
  • Proven ability to take accurate, professional meeting minutes
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including spreadsheets and digital systems
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

Desirable

  • Experience working in a care home or CQC regulated environment
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
  • Experience using AI tools or digital automation
  • Qualification in Business Administration, HR, data or finance
