Every young person deserves someone who refuses to give up on them. Could that be you?

These programmes are particularly suited to those for whom a large sixth form or college environment may not be appropriate, and are delivered through a variety of approaches and settings.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape your support in a way that meets each young person’s emotional, social, and developmental needs—helping them overcome barriers, build positive relationships, and move forward with confidence.
This is a meaningful opportunity to make a genuine, lasting difference in a young person’s life.

- Individuals with experience supporting young people within settings such as youth and community organisations, sports programmes, or arts-based activities
- Individuals looking for full or part time employment
- QTS Required for Qualified Scale (unqualified roles also available)
What you get in return
- Competitive pay
- Travel expenses
- Supportive team environment
