Full job description

44 hours of work per week as required for business needs; daytime, evenings, weekend, occasional nights.

What is my role as Back of House Supervisor?

To support the Back of House Manager in overseeing the daily operation of all Back of House areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comply with both sketch and statutory food safety and health & safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and have previous experience supervising a Back of House team, with the ability to lead by example, maintain exceptional standards and support the smooth running of the department.
