● Performing professional facials, superficial chemical peels and skin treatments within your scope of practice.

● Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

● Recommending appropriate skincare products and treatment plans.

● Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, professionalism and patient care.

Working Pattern

● Part-time, clinic-based role (no remote working).

● 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (hours to be agreed).

● Occasional Saturday working may be required.

● Opportunity to increase hours and progress into a full-time role as the clinic grows.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

● Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).

● Experience performing professional facials and superficial chemical peels.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Strong organisational and diary management skills.

● Confident using email, WhatsApp and diary management/booking systems.

● Professional, reliable and able to work independently.

● A genuine passion for patient care and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Desirable

● Previous experience working in a medical aesthetic or skin clinic.

● Experience with medical-grade skincare brands.

● A warm, friendly and professional manner with the ability to build long-term patient relationships.

● A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for developing within a growing, doctor-led aesthetic clinic.

Pay & Benefits

● £13.00–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience.

● PAYE employed position.

● Six-month probationary period.

● Discretionary performance-related bonus.

● Staff discount on treatments and skincare following successful completion of probation.

● Ongoing training, mentoring and professional development.

● For the right candidate, comprehensive training will be provided to support career progression, including advanced skin treatments, aesthetic technologies and laser platforms as new services are introduced within the clinic.

● Excellent opportunities for career progression within a growing doctor-led clinic.
