Full job description

We are seeking a passionate, polished, and knowledgeable Luxury Skincare Advisor to represent our premium skincare brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare science, an appreciation for high-end beauty products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will act as a brand ambassador, offering personalized consultations and driving sales while maintaining the luxury standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver tailored skincare consultations and expert product recommendations based on individual skin types and concerns.

· Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the brand’s luxury image and values.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through client engagement and product knowledge.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, CRM, and personalized service.

· Maintain merchandising standards, cleanliness, and visual presentation of the counter or boutique.

· Stay current with product knowledge, skincare trends, and competitive landscape.

· Host client events, masterclasses, or one-on-one appointments as required.

· Process transactions accurately and maintain knowledge of in-store promotions or new launches.

· Educate customers on the brand’s values, ingredients, and skincare philosophy.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a luxury retail, skincare, or spa environment preferred.

· Deep understanding of skincare ingredients, routines, and current beauty trends.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.

· Sales-driven with a passion for helping customers look and feel their best.

· Excellent grooming and presentation aligned with luxury standards.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
