Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission (£40,000 – £80,000 OTE)

At HireIQ, we specialise in Accountancy & Finance recruitment—and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast team and take ownership of a desk within a high-demand market.

This is a 360 recruitment role offering full autonomy, strong earning potential, and clear progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
  • Conducting interviews and managing candidate processes
  • Advising clients and candidates on market trends and opportunities
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least one years experience in recruitment or sales
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ambition to build a long-term career

Earnings Potential: (based on current averages but sky is the limit on earnings)

Year 1: £40k–£50k

Year 2: £50k–£60k

Year 3: £60k–£80k+
