What you'll do
Location: Field-based / London (Central London territory)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Guaranteed minimum commission: £2,120/month - permanent, no expiry
- OTE: £60,000–£70,000 (uncapped)
- 45p per mile mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (approx. 70–75% of signings)

Generate your own pipeline through referrals and structured cold canvassing (approx. 25–30% of signings)

Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs and secure deals

Deliver and install terminals for newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale

Share feedback and insights with SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution

Background & Requirements
- Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Payments industry experience not required.
- Mileage reimbursed for personal vehicles and a RingGo parking account provided (HMRC approved milage rates).
