Health Club Part-Time Assistant

Skylark Country Club

We are seeking a friendly, professional and proactive Health Club Part-Time Assistant to join our team at Skylark Country Club. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about health, fitness, and delivering outstanding customer service in a premium leisure environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and organised Health Assistant to join out healthcare team. This role offers an opportunity to work in dynamic environment where kills are highly valued, especially in English and Spanish. The successful applicant will play a vital role in ensure smooth operations and delivering high – quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to members and guests
  • Conducting gym inductions and supporting member enquiries
  • Ensuring the gym, studio, and pool areas are clean, safe, and well-presented
  • Carrying out regular health and safety checks and cleaning duties
  • Supporting members with basic fitness guidance and equipment use
  • Assisting with membership queries, tours, and general reception duties
  • Promoting club services, classes, and membership options where appropriate
  • Upsell relevant health products or services to optimise patients care options.

About You

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and wellbeing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a gym, leisure club, or customer service role is desirable but not essential
  • Level 2 PT qualification
  • Dance to music (not a must)

Hours

Part-time hours, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Pay: £10.85-£12.75 per hour
