Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clubhouse operations, including food and beverage service, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee bartending, and serving activities to maintain high-quality standards
• Manage food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and presentation that exceeds member expectations
• Handle member inquiries, resolve service issues promptly, and foster positive relationships within the clubhouse community
• Maintain inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, or clubhouses
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, bartending, and food safety standards
• Experience in team management with excellent leadership skills to inspire staff and promote teamwork
• Background in restaurant or culinary environments with hands-on kitchen experience preferred
• Familiarity with hospitality operations including serving, barista skills, and food production processes
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a lively environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
