Ballsportz are an established sports events company delivering interactive games and activities for:

· Premier League football clubs

· Corporate clients and global brands

· Private and high-profile events

Our work takes us to some of the UK’s most prestigious venues, and we’ve recently been involved in major events such as the Baller League, Champions League Final, FA Cup Final.

The Role

·This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team delivering events across London, the South East, and nationwide.

· We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, organised and confident individual to join our team.

· A Full clean UK manual driving licence is required as you will be driving vans.

· DBS Check will be carried out.

· You will need to be a good communicator as you will be talking to clients, venue staff and guests.

· Experience working in the events industry is not essential but would be an advantage.

Suitable for a football coach looking for a slightly different career path.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

As part of the event team, you will be responsible for:

  • Loading and unloading vans.
  • Driving to venues to deliver and set up activities/games nationwide safely.

· Vinyl Wrapping & Application
We print all branding in house. You will apply high-quality vinyl graphics, wraps, and decals to a variety of surfaces, confidently working around curves, edges, and detailed areas. Use specialist tools and techniques to ensure every Ballsportz product is finished to a professional standard, with clean lines, smooth application, and excellent attention to detail.

  • Delivering to exhibitions venues, sports clubs and stadiums and private events, offices, private properties and more.
  • Ensure the correct equipment is loaded and unloaded.
  • Keeping the warehouse tidy and stock in the correct location.
  • Keeping equipment in top condition, this involves cleaning and removing branding material.
  • Supervising/Manning activities where required
  • Engaging with clients, their guests and venue staff.
  • Working on your own and as part of a team. We all help to achieve results.
  • Occasional overnight stays are required (Expenses are paid)
  • Flexible approach to working hours and based on event bookings, weekend work is required.
  • Generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels
  • Reliable, Outgoing, Honest, Friendly and Hardworking.
  • Should be flexible with hours, early starts and late finishes are normal

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Physically fit (lifting equipment required)

· Calm under pressure and adaptable

· Problem solver with a proactive attitude

· Flexible with working hours (early starts, late finishes, weekends)

· Willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight (expenses covered)

· First aid trained (or willing to be trained)
