Many of our guests travel solo and return year after year, making Flavours much more than a holiday company – we're a thriving community. You'll be helping guests create memories, discover new passions, build confidence travelling solo and become part of something truly special.

As we continue our exciting growth into 2027 and beyond, launching new destinations, experiences and holidays, we're looking for an enthusiastic Travel Sales Concierge to join our Community Growth Team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in helping more people discover the Flavours experience, welcoming new guests into our community and inspiring existing guests to travel with us again and again.

If you love travel, enjoy building genuine relationships and are passionate about helping people find their perfect holiday, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview

Location: Dean Village, Edinburgh (Office Based)

Hours: Part-time/Full Time, Monday to Saturday

Salary: Competitive salary plus performance-related bonus

This is a full-time, office-based role working from our beautiful offices in the heart of Dean Village, Edinburgh. Working together as a team is a big part of what makes Flavours special, and you'll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who genuinely care about creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a consultative sales role with clear sales targets. Your success will be measured by the number of guests you help book onto our holidays while delivering the exceptional personal service that Flavours is known for.

As part of our Community Growth Team, you'll speak with prospective and returning guests, understand what they're looking for, recommend holidays and events they'll love, and build long-term relationships with our loyal Amici community.

This isn't a hard-sell environment. Our guests value honest advice, personal recommendations and genuine conversations. You'll become a trusted travel expert who inspires confidence, helps guests choose holidays they'll remember for a lifetime and encourages them to return to travel with us again and again.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Take ownership of guest enquiries from first contact through to booking, ensuring every guest receives a personal and proactive experience.
  • Build lasting relationships with new and returning guests.
  • Match guests with holidays and events that best suit their interests, abilities and travel aspirations.
  • Proactively contact prospective guests to discuss holidays, answer questions and guide them towards booking.
  • Follow up brochure requests, website enquiries and marketing campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Promote our Amici community and events, encouraging repeat bookings and long-term loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise occupancy across our holiday programme.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the booking journey.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and sales activity within our CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations team and wider office to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Develop expert knowledge of all Flavours destinations, villas, experiences, tutors and events.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll ideally have:

  • A proven track record in consultative sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence speaking with guests over the telephone and building rapport quickly.
  • A warm, engaging and naturally personable manner.
  • A genuine passion for travel and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining outstanding service.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Confidence using CRM systems (HubSpot experience would be an advantage).
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Must have Travel Sales Experience
  • Experience working with a mature customer demographic (typically aged 55+) would be an advantage.

Why You'll Love Working at Flavours

At Flavours, you'll be joining an award-winning travel company with ambitious growth plans and an exciting future.

We're passionate about creating unforgettable holidays, but we're equally passionate about building a business where our team enjoy coming to work every day.

You'll enjoy:

  • Being part of an award-winning travel company with exciting growth plans.
  • Working alongside a friendly, passionate and supportive team.
  • Helping create holidays that change lives and build lasting friendships.
  • A beautiful office in the heart of Dean Village, Edinburgh.
  • Ongoing training and opportunities for personal development.
  • Competitive salary with a performance-related bonus.
  • Staff travel opportunities
  • Regular team events and a positive, collaborative working environment.

The Person Who'll Thrive Here

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and gets genuine satisfaction from helping people choose the right holiday.

You're naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to understand what each guest is looking for.

You'll be someone who enjoys picking up the phone, following up enquiries, building trust and confidently asking for the booking when you've found the right holiday for your guest.

If you're commercially minded, passionate about travel and excited by the opportunity to play a key role in growing our community and an award-winning business, we'd love to hear from you.
