Weekdays mornings and weekends

Must be reliable with a friendly zest for truly great customer service

We are seeking an enthusiastic Team member to join our awesome team. The successful candidate will be involved in driving high standards and great service, making coffee, tea, pastries and other hot and cold beverages, as well as cleaning work surfaces, equipment and utensils. Previous experience is required with both Barista skills and handling of Food, with a special focus on attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving speed of service with great customer satisfaction
  • Make hot and cold drinks for customers.
  • Serve pastries and other food items to customers.
  • Preparing food for service
  • Greet customers and engage in friendly conversation.
  • Listen for customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Follow standardized recipes and instructions.
  • Serve beverages to customers on a timely basis.
  • Maintain cleanliness of store.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene and H&S regulations.
  • Manage the flow of customers
