Job Title: Junior Recruitment Coordinator Part Time | Manchester | Sales & Tech Recruitment

Location: Manchester, hybrid, mix of working alongside our consultant and from home

Hours: Part time, 20–25 hours per week with scope to grow

Salary: £13–14 per hour + commission contribution once settled in

Ever thought about a career in recruitment but don't know where to start?

This could be exactly what you're looking for.

We're a specialist recruitment business placing sales talent into some of the UK's most exciting SaaS and tech companies. We work fast, we work smart, and we're growing which means we need an extra pair of hands who's ready to learn and get stuck in.

This isn't a coffee-making, admin-filing kind of role. From week one you'll be on calls, screening candidates, writing job adverts, and learning how a successful boutique recruitment desk actually works. You'll sit alongside our founder and learn directly from someone who operates at a high level in a competitive niche every single day.

If you're ambitious, love talking to people, and want to build real skills in a commercial environment, this is a brilliant place to start.

What you'll actually be doing

Sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM system. Conducting first-stage screening calls and video interviews once you're comfortable. Writing and posting engaging job adverts. Keeping pipelines organised and up to date. Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates warm throughout the process. Prepping candidates before their interviews and gathering feedback after. Supporting with research and outreach for new business development.

What we're looking for

Someone based in or commutable to Manchester. A confident, natural communicator you need to enjoy talking to people. Highly organised and reliable. Comfortable working independently once you've been shown the ropes. Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced people-facing role is genuinely useful here we're not looking for a finished recruiter, we're looking for the right person. An interest in business, sales, or the tech industry would be a bonus.

What's on offer

£13–14 per hour, 20–25 hours per week. Real hands-on training, no being left to figure it out alone. A commission structure once you're contributing to placements. Flexible working, mix of in-person and from home. Genuine scope to increase hours and earnings as the business grows. The chance to build a proper career in a niche, high-growth sector from day one.

This role will move quickly. If it sounds like you, apply with your CV and two or three lines on why this interests you. We'll get back to you fast.

Sponsership is not offered for this role and we will be in contact within 3 days if your application is successful.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester
