This is NOT an employed coaching role. This is a self employed role and INVESTMENT IS REQUIRED

This is an opportunity for motivated individuals to build their own football coaching business using the proven Moveball Active Adults coaching system. You will operate as a self-employed Licensed Moveball Active Adults Coach.

If you’re looking for a salaried position or guaranteed coaching hours, this opportunity is not suitable.

What is Moveball Active Adults?

Moveball Active Adults is an inclusive football inspired fitness programme designed to help adults become more active in a fun, welcoming and social environment. Moveball Active Adult sessions do NOT include matches, tackling, contact or aggression.

It isn’t football coaching.

It isn’t walking football.

It isn’t bootcamp.

It isn’t circuit training.

It’s a unique mix of football inspired movement, fitness, drills, games and teamwork where everyone can take part regardless of fitness, age, ability or football experience.

Why become a licensed Moveball Active Adults Coach?

You could create your own football fitness sessions from scratch, many people do. But building a successful community programme takes far more than simply knowing football.

Moveball Active Adults gives you access to a proven coaching system that has been designed to maximise participation, enjoyment, fun, inclusivity and taking away any barriers people may have. (“I’ve never kicked a ball in my life”, “I haven’t played for 20 years”, “ I hate football matches”, “I’m too unfit to play 5 a side". ETC).

Rather than spending months, or even years, creating drills, games, activities, structured sessions and learning through trial and error, you’ll launch with a system that’s already been refined and developed for this specific audience.

As a licensed Moveball Active Adults Coach, you’ll receive:

· A structured coaching system and session framework

· Over 100 football inspired drills, games, activities, challenges

· Coaching guidance and best practice specifically for this audience

· Ongoing support and fresh ideas

· Access to a network and community of like minded coaches

Earning Examples

The earning potential depends completely on you as an individual and how much effort you wish to put into this venture. Some people will wish to lead 1 session per week, whilst some will explore opportunities and wish to maximise and deliver multiple sessions per day. That is down to you to decide what fits you!

Example weekly earnings below

Deliver 1 session a week with 10 people attending. Income = £99.50. Cost of pitch hire = £40. Income per session = £59.50. Scale this up to 10 sessions per week and you have a potential income before tax of £595.00 per week

Costs and income is all indicative as guidance and will come down to the individual licensee. Number of participants will vary and 10 is used as a guidance.

What this license allows

This licence allows you personally to organise and deliver Moveball Active Adults sessions directly to individual paying participants (Business to Consumer / B2C).

Examples include:

✔ Adults aged 18+

✔ Men’s groups

✔ Ladies’ groups

✔ Mixed adult groups

✔ Active over 60s groups where individuals book and pay you directly

✔ Weight Loss Groups

✔ Pre Season specific groups

Essentially all opportunities will come from paying individuals. The licensee will be responsible for hiring a suitable venue, marketing, engaging participants, taking payment, delivering safe sessions etc.

What this licence DOES NOT allow

This licence does not permit you to market or sell Moveball Limited services to organisations (Business to Business / B2B).

This includes, but is not limited to:

❌ Residential homes

❌ Nursing homes

❌ Dementia groups

❌ Schools

❌ Colleges

❌ Local authorities

❌ NHS organisations

❌ Businesses

❌ Charities purchasing sessions

❌ Housing associations

❌ Community organisations purchasing sessions

❌ Corporate wellbeing programmes

❌ Any organisation paying you to deliver Moveball.

These services remain exclusively operated by Moveball Limited unless agreed separately in writing. If an organisation contacts you about Moveball, you must refer the enquiry to Moveball Limited.

Your business

You remain the owner of your own coaching business.

Alan Smith – Licensed Moveball Active Adults Coach

Or

Alan Fitness Ltd

Alan Smith – Licensed Moveball Active Adults Coach

Your business name remains your own.

The licence gives you, as the named individual, permission to market yourself as a Licensed Moveball Active Adults Coach whilst your licence remains active. You may not include “Moveball” within your business name, trading name or company name without written permission.

Important

The licence belongs to you as an individual, not your company.

It cannot be:

❌ Assigned

❌ Sub-licensed

❌ Used by another coach

Every person wishing to deliver Moveball Active Adults must hold their own valid Moveball Active Adults licence.

Your responsibilities

As a self-employed coach you are responsible for:

• Finding and booking venues
• Marketing your sessions
• Building attendance
• Collecting participant payments
• Providing equipment
• Maintaining appropriate Public Liability Insurance
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Delivering safe sessions
• Complying with venue requirements
• Meeting any safeguarding or DBS requirements where applicable
• Running your own business
• Paying your own tax and National Insurance

Your success depends on the effort you invest into growing your own coaching business.

• Submit your application.
• Receive the Information Pack.
• Attend a Discovery Call.
• If accepted, pay a £50 reservation fee.
• Sign the Licence Agreement.
• Provide proof of appropriate insurance.
• Pay the remaining licence fee.
• Complete online onboarding.
• Receive your coaching resources.
• Launch your Moveball Active Adults sessions.
