  • You create a welcoming and professional first point of contact, ensuring every visitor feels valued and well cared for from the moment they arrive.
  • Your responsibilities include supporting local and national training initiatives, ensuring bookings, materials and logistics run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Together with sales representatives, installers and trainers, you help maximise attendance by actively managing bookings, following up on confirmations and reducing no-shows.
  • By maintaining accurate data across systems such as CRM tools and internal trackers, you ensure reliable reporting and seamless coordination of all training activities.
  • You support the daily operations of the training centre by anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively and contributing to a structured, high-quality customer experience.
  • In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you act as a central communication hub, ensuring clear, timely and professional information flow.

  • You bring a solid educational background and ideally initial training in administration or a comparable field that supports structured and customer-focused work.
  • You have gained experience in a reception, front-of-house or customer-facing role and are confident managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • You work confidently with digital tools such as Outlook, Excel and CRM systems, and you demonstrate strong organisational skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar systems, as well as exposure to training or event coordination, will support your fast integration into the role.
  • With your positive, solution-oriented attitude, you communicate clearly and professionally, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering high-quality results together with your team.
