Aspect Maintenance is expanding our engineering team and we're looking for experienced Domestic and Commercial Gas Engineers across the Home Counties and M25 area.

Earn £80,000–£140,000+ per year

With pre-booked jobs, consistent demand and hourly rates of £37.53–£94.80 depending on shift, there is excellent earning potential for engineers who want to maximise their income.

The Role

You'll be carrying out a wide range of gas maintenance, repair and installation work across residential and commercial properties.

Your work may include:

• Gas safety checks and certification
• Boiler servicing and repairs
• Boiler installations and replacements
• Gas fault finding and diagnostics
• Reactive gas maintenance
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Remedial works
• Commercial gas works
• Identifying and quoting for additional remedial works
• Providing customers with professional advice and clear explanations

You'll receive confirmed jobs directly into your schedule, giving you a consistent workload without having to find your own customers or jobs.

You'll also have access to support from our Field-Based Technical Managers when you need assistance with more complex work.

Where You'll Work

We aim to allocate work as locally as possible, with regular work available across the Home Counties and M25 area.

Travel across London and the surrounding areas will be required when necessary.

Minimum availability: 40 hours per week

You'll also participate in a rotational evening and weekend on-call rota, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings.

About You

We're looking for experienced Gas Engineers who are confident working independently and dealing directly with customers.

Essential:

• Gas Safe Registered
• Domestic and/or Commercial Gas qualifications
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with boiler servicing, repairs and installations
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Own standard hand tools
• Good customer communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Desirable:

• Commercial Gas experience
• Commercial boiler experience
• Experience working on larger plant
• Plumbing experience
• Experience quoting for remedial works
• LPG / additional gas qualifications
