Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler Football Coach to join our SOCATOTS programme (Ages 1 - 5 years). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing/nurturing, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting/football/educational environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about football coaching to make a meaningful impact on young children's development.

There is scope for the right candidate to progress this into full time work. With progression further in time to become Area Manager.

Working Hours (Initially)

  • Saturday 9-11.45am
  • Sunday 9-11.45am
  • More work available with incentives to gaining extra work for the company. This can be midweek mornings or evenings.

Duties

  • Leading sessions confidently
  • Deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels
  • Provide encouragement to aid improvement and confidence
  • Ensure all training sessions adhere to the proven structure within the programme
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the session environment is safe and organised
  • Communicate effectively with children & parents.

Experience

  • Experience in sports coaching, preferable but not essential
  • Previous experience working with young children is advantageous
  • Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are desirable but not essential; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is expected

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy & are good at dealing with young children. Fostering a love for sport through engaging coaching practices that will last a lifetime!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £18.00-£27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
