Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our wonderful team of dedicated carers in our home , working within a small friendly company, full-time or part-time hours, 16+ are available. As a carer you will work as part of the team to support our residents each night. Experience of working nights is desirable. This is a role that is flexible for all, so whether you are starting out on your journey or slowing down to have that work /life balance, we are looking for you! Responsibilities and Duties

As a carer you will be kind and empathetic and follow individual person centred care plans, delivering personal, emotional, social and physical support with all aspects of care, specifically night support. You will help to maintain a clean and friendly home for our residents and encourage residents to remain as independent as possible, whilst respecting individual needs and choices.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications such as NVQ 2 or QCF level 2 in Health & Social care are an advantage, but training will be supplied in all aspects of the role anyway, and as a company we encourage personal development and growth, celebrating your individual achievements.
